It was an amazing experience where I connected with so many inspirational educators. Advocating for men in ECE is a cause close to my heart—men have just as much right as women to be in the classroom. I have worked with so many wonderful men in my career, and I would back them every day of the week. I've had the pleasure of seeing the profound impact they've made on children, not just in their classrooms but throughout the entire program. Our tiny learners benefit from the positive male influence and interaction, and it's essential to educate families that male teachers can be just as impactful and amazing as women.
