My Story

Start at the beginning, or open the chapter that speaks to you.

Every chapter of my journey opened a different door. Some I chose, some I never expected, and some I didn't realize were leading me exactly where I needed to go.

❤️ CHAPTER ONE: The Door That Started It All

My Greatest Inspiration

The person who first showed me what it truly means to be an educator and whose example continues to shape the work I do today.

🎓 CHAPTER TWO:The Door I Kept Opening

Finding My Path

A journey through education, persistence, and an unexpected connection that reminded me I was still following a path my mom helped inspire.

🌱 CHAPTER THREE: Every Door Taught Me Something

Every Role Taught Me Something

From teaching assistant to teacher, leader, coach, trainer, and beyond, every role and every person I encountered along the way helped shape the educator and leader I became.

💡 CHAPTER FOUR The Door That Changed Everything

Why Tiny Learning Town Exists

The realization that changed the way I thought about making an impact and ultimately opened the door to creating Tiny Learning Town.

❤️ CHAPTER FIVE: Holding the Door Open for Others

What I Believe About Educators

There is no single definition of success in education. Every role matters, every path is different, and every educator deserves the opportunity to choose what growth looks like for them.

🌎 CHAPTER SIX: Why I Keep Opening Doors

Why I Do This Work

At the heart of everything I do is one simple belief: when we support the people who make our classrooms possible, everyone benefits.

When educators are supported, children thrive.
